Need help

How i can put my widgets, polls, chat box, etc. on right side of blog like was before. Now here is a total mess. If i don't find a way to organize this blog , then i will delete it. Someone can help ? This new blooger style, options, changes makes me sick.

2nd blog birthday

17 April was 2nd blog birthay. Yes , it's 2 years now and still online. Few times i was wondering to stop blogging, but never decided to do it. Still few people enjoy it , and it's a best present for birthday.
Would be better if we have more visitors, but it's not bad with 500 daily visits. 1000 visitors per day would be fantstic.
